Ominous = threatening, foreboding, a bad omen. (Not Cute).

I really like the tradition of putting your name, the title of the work, signature and contact details on the back of the ATC but everyone has their own style for the back of their ATCs as well as the front.

All media, techniques, styles and interpretations of the theme are welcome so long as an Ominous Owl is featured somewhere on your ATC.

Dates are a bit earlier to allow for international mailing schedules. Everyone should have their ATCs by Halloween with any luck. You are welcome to start your ATCs before partners are assigned. Please don't sign up if you're not willing to receive things like spiders, snakes, skeletons, witches, or all many of creepy stuff.

I will check the profile of each person that signs up and I reserve the right to ban anyone I feel that may compromise the quality or punctuality of the swap. If you have 1s and 3s that aren't clearly explained on your profile, you had better PM me.
