For this swap, you will take a postcard and decorate down the middle where the divider usually is. You can do a collage, art, etc, just make sure it is at least 1" wide and covering the line down the center. Write a short note or a quote you like to your partner on the left, and address the postcard on the right. Use your creativity and have fun!
