In for a Nickel

For this swap you'll take a 5 inch piece of medium weight fabric (denim, corduroy, stretch denim, velvet, et cetera - not a plain quilting cotton) and you'll embroider or applique a design on it and then embellish it with beads and send it to your partner. This item does not have to be heavily beaded.

I'd like this one to be peace themed. The word peace, a daisy, a peace sign, a dove, any symbol that makes you think of peace is fine. Be as creative as you want to be, and have a great time.

The send by date is long because my October is full and as yet, we can't create swaps we don't participate in. Color and fabric is sender's choice. Please use quality material and send something you'd like to receive.
