Hello there! I'm Meli :) I've been in the swap and penpal community since 2021, mainly over on Instagram. I am very excited to be on swap-bot and connect with more people!

I work in communications, and I have a little dog I love to spoil. In my free time I’m usually watching a movie while working on a craft.

I usually send out my swaps within a couple days of partners being assigned! If there’s ever any issues don’t hesitate to reach out and I’m happy to resend or find a different solution.

Stickers, cute memos, fun decorated paper, stamps (both kinds!), buttons, ribbons, bows, and tiny stationery (mini prints and envies).

I junk journal and scrapbook, so I love to find uses for any type of ephemera.

Sandylion and Ms Grossman stickers are my current favorites, but I love discovering new brands and small businesses.

Movies: studio ghibli, mcu, knives out trilogy, dreamworks movies, pixar movies

Anime: haikyuu, bnha, jjk are my top three

Colors: green, pastels, red, pink

Patterns: gingham, polka dots, stars, stripes, hearts, anything fun

Aesthetics: goblincore, cottagecore, light academia, twee

Other favorites: Teddy bears, snoopy, sonny angels, smiskis, monochichi, strawberry shortcake, care bears, miffy, mouses, strawberries, bees, anything vintage, and anything cute!

I am also a nostalgic person and love to collect sentimental things: for me that means anything related to early 2000s cartoons (I was a qubo and PBS kid, and really into blues clues)

Postcards I’d love to receive: art themes (peanuts, richard scary, vintage,studio ghibli, etc) national parks, forests/nature scenery, anything cute, ‘greetings from,’ and I also love postcards from around the world!

Snail mail, journalling, and scrapbooking are my main hobbies. This has evolved into collecting stickers and postage stamps (currently in the process of organizing some stamps I thrifted).

Thrift shopping and going to estate sales is a close second. It's where I find most of my stationery, and it's a great way to be eco friendly :)

I also love to read! I'm prone to falling into reading slumps, but I can binge a good book in a day depending on my mood.

Spiders, themes that overtly use the color black (it’s just hard for me to use with my other supplies!), gore or violence.

I do not use glitter much if I can avoid it, and I never use anything created by AI. I also am not religious and would prefer not to receive items of this nature.
