Hey, I‘m Mel and 28 years old. I am a penpaling Newbie but I already love it a lot and wrote and received similar adorable letters. Sadly, I do have a lot of hobbies so I don't know what to do first most of the time.

I live in a very pretty town in the middle of Germany. we have a lot of alleyways and it not too big or too small. I really cannot imagine to live anywhere else, but I like to travel a lot. My favorite place is New York City. I go there once a year.

I looove stickers and already made some my own. It's always a lot of fun drawing designs which are perfect Stickers, but I also like Washi Tape and pretty paper a lot.

The thing I like the most is recycling. I cut sealing wax from gin and whiskey bottles and re-use it. I use old magazine pages to craft envelopes or to decorate the letters I write.

I've never tried classics, but it's on my list. Mostly, I read fantasy or thriller books. As the most readers I am very Harry Potter obsessed. Last year I've read a lot of stuff from German authors, this year I try to read more english books. Let's see how this works.

Next to books I also love reading Mangas (Shojo, BL, GL, Fantasy...). Today I bought my first Dojinshis and they were great, too. Best Shojo series (in my opinion) is Kiss me at the stroke of midnight.

I have a book blog on instagram, thats why I don't have a bullet but a book journal which i decorate and fill out with lots of love, because books mean a lot to me.

To be honest, I don't watch much movies, I am more obsessed with TV Shows. But if I should mention some, I'd say Harry Potter, Hunger Games and Letters to Juliet are my favs.

My all time favorite Shows are Friends, Brooklyn 99 and Pretty Little Liars, but I do have a long list of show's I've watch regularly.

I also watch anime, but not much. I like Inu Yasha, Noragami, Erased and Assassination Classroom the best.

Ever since I can think of I am a big Fan of Rock music. My favorite Band is Blink 182 and I think this is never gonna change. Sadly, a lot of the other Bands I listen to didn't exist anymore like The Beatles, Nirvana or David Bowie...
