I love anything other than acrylic, which I really despise. (this includes nylon,and other other "fake" fibers out there) I am allergic to wool, so please don't sent me any!!! I have recently fallen in love with soy & bamboo yarns. Any cotton yarns are great too. My fav colors are pastels, so anything in that realm will do fine. I hate the darker colors, & also dislike purple.

I am a 50 something mom with grown kids now. I do supplement my income keeping a child after school. I live 10 miles from the beach (doncha wish you lived near me???) on the very tip end of NC. The only problem with that is that they summers are VERY hot & humid, with lots of hurricanes. The plus side is that winters don't usually go below 40 degrees. I have recently gotten into buying Dooney purses and anything cashmere, which has to be my fav fabric of all kind. I also have a jewelry obsession, & love glass bracelets. I am NOT Christain, so please don't send me anything Xmasy.

I am nuts about John Mayer, James Taylor, and Micheal Buble. And, Corinne Baily Rae is pretty good too.

I love to read anything that is a good mystery novel, & I absolutely hate Harlequin romances, or "heaving bosoms" novels as my dh calls them.

My fav television shows are "medium", "Er", and "SNL". Of course, everything now is in summer reruns, so I spend a lot of time watching netflix movies. If you get a chance, watch "Stateside", my son was in it. Carleco studios is here, so a lot of filming is done here. Matlock was filmed here, so was the movie "Domestic Disturbance". And, Dawsons Creek was filmed here too. My son said that Katie Holmes was "omg mom shes beautiful". (he saw her once when she can in to the local grocery store where he was working.

I really like to knit, & don't know a whit about crocheting. Like I said before, I am allergic to wool yarn, and I do not care for acrylics. I do not do any type of scrapbooking, so please do not send me any stickers.

I really love cashmere, (anything cashmere, even the scent), anything chocolate;especially toffee. I like candles,things that are pastel colored. I like bookmarks, anything that is handmade.I also love things for the bath, you know, oils & salts & whatnot.
