A native Floridian happily living in Nashville, TN. Bram is my dog and the reason for my username. He is a tri-colored sheltie and a source of great joy. I am a Christian who welcomes diversity in her life, respecting the beliefs of others and the differences we bring to our world. I am an American with a mixture of Scottish, Sicilian, English, Polish and German ancestry. A major souce of entertainment is spending time at the library or an evening in a book or craft store exploring and learning.
I have a wide varitey of musicall tastes; topping my list are Country, Bluegrass, Celtic, Classic Rock and Contemporty Christian. Too, I am a fan of classical, gospel, jazz, big band, and swing.
In general, I am a reader enjoying books and magazines. I tend to pick-up books about history first, but I can find an interest in many subjects and genre. I just love a good story.
I have been described as artistic and crafty. My favorite colors are from my favorite season autumn, especially reds and greens; I am not a blue or pink person. I love paper, rubberstamps, collages and the altered and/or mixed-media formats.
I follow NCIS and House, but other wise I watch HGTV, the History Channel or the Food Network.
I like movies preferring comedies or lighter dramas. I don't want to pay to be depressed. I don't do vampires or horror films.
My Scottish heritage has been researched and my kinship is clan Ross. I will wear a tartan given the chance. I love all things Celtic: symbols (especially knots and crosses), bagpipe music, myths, folk tales, and a burr or lilt in someone's accent. I love dark chocolate. I dislike cinnamon.
