Hello!! Im kinda all over the place.
Wife of 9 years, together for 16. Our kids are grown and starting their own stories π I have a Pyrenees mix, a Rottie mix, and 2 cats who are SUUUUUUPER spoiled. #Catmom. We moved to the Ozarks last spring and LOVE it here. The lightning bugs are magical.
Proud Aries β - my grandmother, who was an incredibly devout Southern Baptist, taught me how to create/read an Astrology Chart and bought my first Tarot deck. I love ALL spirituality and theology. I take no sides and respect all. πππ
I send early so if you don't get a swap please reach out and we'll make it right.
I love Horror, Action, Suspense, and Comedies. I have a pretty warped since of humor and don't get offended... like at all. I would say my current favs are Step Brothers, We're the Millers, Olympus/London has Fallen, the Scream/ Halloween/ Conjuring/ Paranormal Activity Series, Bad Moms, Girls Trip, Top Gun Maverick, It, John Wick, Now you see me, Zombieland, National Treasure, Gone in 60 seconds, Without a Paddle (So underrated), Roll models, the Fast & Furious (yes I know they get cheezy but I'm here for it LOL), the latest Twister was pretty good too.
Not too much into TV series; I can't commit to the time, but when I do I will binge watch it.π I loved Vikings. I am STILL trying to finish Vampire Diaries after all these years - Team Damon. I did enjoy Wednesdayπ€΅π»ββοΈ. I love American Horror Story, 1984, Murder House, Coven, & Roanoke are my faves. Netflix: Haunting of Hill House and Bly Manor were freaking AMAZING, RWBY/Chibi is super fun. I like Hells Kitchen & Bar rescue (later episodes when there's not as much dramatic yellingπ) That Hogwarts baking show was pretty ok too. ππ¦
Love to read but I don't get a lot of time. Audiobooks are my friends, though I really love holding a physical book. I'd love to try one of those swaps where you read a book and write in the pages your thoughts and send it to someone else so you get "real time" responses from other people, sounds so fun!!
I like Suspense and Smut LOL - werewolves, vampires, ghosts, witches, etc... Incarnations of Immortality, Immortals after dark, Anita Blake, Dean Koontz, Harry Potter, true crime, "real" hauntings, Dr Joe Dispenza.
I absolutely love journaling. I have Aphantasia, which means I don't see things in my head, therefore I can remember things but I can't "see" them when I'm remembering and can forget some key points, so I journal everything I want to remember in years to come. My current journals are a Stirling Ink 5 year and a Stirling Ink b5 common planner. I have scrapbooks for major trips & events, and I am even starting a sorta scrap cookbook... I enjoy trying new recipes, if you have a food/beverage recipe you would like to share I would appreciate it.
I'm starting gardens this year as we just moved into this house. I'm starting a tea and a veggie garden along with some pollinator flower beds. I'm making sure to add areas for watering spots for my pollinators or the squirrels/racoons/crows/deer in the yard. Seeds are always appreciated.πΈπ
I love being a girly girl and dressing up, surrounding myself with scented candles and fuzzy blankets while listening to frequency music/ Tibetan bowels / love ballads, or journaling with a glass of red wine/bourbon while listening to Peter Gundry / cello during a rainstorm. I may be on a road trip (I love driving and seeing new places) listening to Falling in Reverse, Metallica, Journey, Def Leppard, Jason Aldean, Brantly Gilbert, FGL, Snoop, 2-Pac, Akon, The Commodores, Pink, Brian Adams, Linkin Park, Disturbed... I'm pretty open with my music
... I think I've covered everything.... Random Favs - Black/Grey, Burgundy/Dusty Pink, Purple/Wisteria. Love glitters & shimmers, Witchy, boho/cottage core, cozy book theme, Dr Facilier/Tarot, Astrology, Ravenclaw, Large floral patterns (any flower/herb, no favs), any stickers/washi, fairy, dragonfly, π¦ππ, wolves/paw prints, tattoo ephemera (I have 11), seasonal ephemera, postcards from actual places or beautiful scenery (write on the back your experience there or why you like the photo on the postcard π), anything historical, sacred geometry, unusual/strange, teas & coffees, I would LOVE a pen pal or two.
