I've been married to my childhood friend for 27 years now. We have two children. A daughter in graduate school and a son who has severe autism, so he is at home with us. The above blog and website are about him and the products he makes.

We live in rural WY in a town of about 2,000.

I like all kinds of music, except rap. I'm one of those people who knows a song when I hear it but I couldn't tell you the name of the artist or song!

My daughter gave me 'Mumford' for Christmas so I have been listening to that lately.

I usually only have time to read books on autism. Some of my favorite books that I would recommend to other parents or family members are:

I enjoy comedies, musicals, some drama, some action. Life is serious enough, so I like movies that will make me smile and laugh.

Painting, sewing, creating Christmas ornaments. I like making ornaments because they are small and quick... like my attention span! LOL!

I like sewing quilts, but have not done too many.

I like taking dollar store finds and creating structured learning activities for kids.
