I'm a 40-something Wisconsinite who spent the first 22 years of my life as an Army Brat. We lived all over the U.S. as well as Okinawa and Germany (3 times). I graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Communicative Disorders. I have been married to my best friend and husband for 24 years this April. We don't have any children, but have 15 nieces and nephews. We like to travel and take road trips and especially enjoy visiting our national parks.

I used to think I wasn't creative at all. I attended a Stampin' Up! workshop and began making cards, then moved to scrapbooking. Recently, I've been focusing on art journaling.

I like to use watercolor and acrylic paints, stencils, molding paste, collage, stamping, paper ephemera, various pens, tissue paper, etc.

I like adult coloring books - nothing too intricate or detailed. I like patterns.

I've also taken some classes in bookmaking and calligraphy but have some practicing to do.

I am a Postcrossing member and like to send and receive postcards from other countries.

I began Letterboxing a couple of years ago. I love the scavenger hunt and the stamping!

I enjoy flea markets and antique shops.

I like photography but don't seem to get out as much with my camera as I'd like to.

My two "3" ratings occurred during a time I was dealing with some serious family issues. I should have let my partners know. I won't let that happen again. Both swaps were completed.
