Thanks a lot for the profile comment, as well as doing what you can to "solve" the flaker and non-rater issue! :D (Again, "resolve" in quotation marks because this probably would never be "fixed" or "solved" unless the person sends and rates.) Really appreciate how communicative you are so far with handling swap issues like this. Your efforts and comments did brighten up my morning. ^^ I replied to your e-mail and Swap-bot message with a proposal on with an idea that I've been eager to share with you on what we can do to better the issue caused by the flaking and non-rating, and I think it's a great idea.
