Hi, I am a mom of three children-ages 23 to 9. We also have a blue heeler/border collie mix puppy, a purebred mutt and two chinchillas (pikachu and stitch) that we call family.

My favorite holiday is Halloween followed by Christmas and Easter. I love decorating the house and making special memories for my children. I have an old china cabinet that was handed down from my Oma that I use to display the childrens art projects and seasonal decorations in. As we are currently moving to a new home it is sitting naked in the hallway which makes me sad- it should be filled with Valentine's love and happiness right now!!

I garden, make candles, cook, paint and read everything I can get my hands on. I love all things teddy bears, especially collectibles and vintage. I love everything vintage Winnie the Pooh and Beatrix Potter.

I also play Pokemon Go and have a stuffed Eevie and Pikachu in my living room as decoration.. I am actually a kid at heart.

My favorite color changes per day but I am leaning towards teal, purple and red this season. My mainstay favorite color is orange.

I love anything Alice in Wonderland, victorian, cherubs and whimsical. Love fairies, shabby chic, lace and doilies.

Am a planner addict and have at least three planners at one time. Love to oraganize and make lists of things to do. Just so I can check off things from my list!!

I can't wait to join in some swaps and meet some interesting people.

I have just started into paper crafting such as cards, atc and postcards.

I am a huge planner addict and can be found with multiple planners running at the same time. If it is not on my planner then it doesn't exist in the real world!

I love to paint watercolor and acrylic and one of my favorite crafts is gelli plate monoprinting. I think I truly just love to make a mess.

I have crafted with my children for over 20 years and feel that it is as important to craft as it is to read and write. Although I am new to the swapbot community my BFF has been an avid participant in multiple swaps and can only speak highly of the people she has met through this group. I look forward to meeting you and hope to swap with you soon!!.

Sewing-prior to my newest hobby with paper I previously made costumes for my children for Halloween, theater and renaissance festivals..I love to sew. Curtains, clothes, throws, christmas tree skirts, you name it I sew it.

I look forward to some new artistic challenges to grow some skills and meet new people along the way. when I am not making something I am always reading a book,

when I am not making something I am always reading a book, sometimes more than one. I do not go anywhere without my kindle. Currently I have over 500 books loaded and have read them all.

I am currently reading the Girl of Fire series. I just finished the Throne of Glass series and am biting my nails till the next book comes out in 2018. I hate to read a series that isn't finished since I am so impatient.

I just finished the Ken Follett The Pillars of the Earth series. Some of my favorite authors are Patricia Briggs, Marissa Meyer, Stephane Meyer, Sara J Maas and Kresley Cole. If you have any suggestions of authors you love to read I would gladly take any referrals!!
