About Me
Hello there!!! I live in the state of Tennessee in the USA. I am a wife, mom and grandma. Crocheting and diamond painting are my two favorite hobbies. I have played around some with Zentangling. It is very relaxing and peaceful to me when I am drawing tangles. I also enjoy collecting postcards whenever I get to travel to places I have never been before. I just recently found postcrossing and I am enjoying exchanging cards internationally. I love to cook and enjoy trying out new recipes. Unfortunately I am diabetic which gets pretty challenging since I have a major sweet tooth. 😒 I was an avid crocheter at one time. I still do enjoy crocheting but have to be in the mood for it. My favorite things to crochet are blankets/afghans, granny squares, potholders and dishcloths. I also enjoy coloring in adult coloring books for stress relief and relaxation.
MY NEW ADDICTION: I LOVE LOVE LOVE diamond painting!!! I have completed several projects and just can’t get enough! I just finished making a wolf picture for my granddaughter and now starting on a large artic fox pic for her little sister who loves arctic foxes. I have a tote full of diamond painting kits that I bought off of Temu. Temu has the lowest prices on their kits I have seen anywhere and I am totally hooked!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE owls and collect anything with owls. I have two furbabies, a boxer named Lizzy and a cat named Leah.
I look forward to making friends here and hope to learn more about the types of things you all enjoy swapping. Maybe I will learn something new.
