Hi there, I would like to be more connected to people by sending and receiving mail. I love animals, music, cooking and baking, being creative, faux callygraphy, books, movies. I also joined Postcrossing recently and started writing with penpals all over the world.

About me: I live in the southern part of the Netherlands, with husband and dog. At the moment I work at a hospital and support the nurses taking care of patients and make sure they have the needed supplies. I call it being a sidekick. I’m in between jobs and searching for a job less physical. Due to some health issues in neck and shoulders this job is not suitable for me. It will be okay, another chance to explore.

In my spare time I like to draw, paint, spend time in nature, knitt and anything what keeps my mind at rest. Travelling will hopefully soon be possible again. We have visited several countries in Europe and I’ve been twice in the USA. I love New York and I hope to visit Sweden soon.
