Description:

Hi Everyone!

Anyone who's been in this before knows the routine, but I've stepped in as FunkyChicken hasn't the time to run these currently. There had been several folks that expressed interest in continuing so here we are.

So the details -

This is an ongoing swap for the Quilt Block Swap with a twist. This is the 7th Round...

Though if you haven't joined us before feel free to do so now!

This is for all you Fabric Artists out there. If you are new to making quilt blocks this will be a great start.

You will make 1 fabric quilt block 8 x8 for 1 swap partner. You can make the quilt block however you like. Here is the twist - if you crochet or knit you can still join. I read a very interesting article in a mag today. You would crochet or knit a quilt block and stitch the block to a muslin or fabric background. This makes for an interesting finished quilt block wouldn't you say.

If this continues to be of interest to people I'll continue this about every 6 weeks, with maybe a break around years end. Things get so busy then around here at least!

I am asking that everyone if they would please sign their block in some way. Just a little corner etc...

Any questions or comments please email me. Also if you have any problems during the swap let me know.

I will angel should that become necessary, I hope you all will send if you say you're going too, but I know things happen.

I will be checking before assigning partners for those that like to receive more then send.
