What's for supper?

I cook for 6 people pretty much every night. But, I get bored of doing the same thing over and over again. And so, this simple swap for some new ideas.

You will be sending 5 supper (dinner) recipes to 5 different people. These can be stew recipes, interesting things to do with roasts, casserole recipes. Really, whatever you might normally make for supper. No side dishes or salads or desserts please.

You can put them in the bulk of the email or save them as a pdf - just make sure they're easy to read no matter how they're sent.

Newbies are welcome. I will angel if need be.
