Description:

I have seen several of these swaps around in other groups and I love them! This particular swap idea I got from @Spencerette who is a most fabulous swapper and host.

We need to get to know each other this is a fun way to get an idea of our partners crafting style!

You will send your partner supplies & they will make you 1 werewolf ATC. This is a great way to see what someone would do with your craft supplies and to challenge yourself to make something that is maybe outside of your normal style.

So, you will send your assigned partner a small package of paper, embellishments, images, text and so on. They will then make you an ATC from the items you've sent (they get to keep any remaining items that they didn’t use). Include a self-addressed envelope so that they can mail you back the completed ATC. You do not need to mail glue, glue dots, or mounting squares, etc. or anything like that, just items to go on the ATC and the card stock (or whatever you use for your ATC backs) cut to 2 ½ x 3 ½ inches.

Here's the challenging part...you can only use the items they mail you on the ATC you create. Nothing from your own stash.

When you receive your supplies please rate your partner, then when your partner receives her ATC from you she will leave a comment on your profile, therefore informally rating your card.

The supplies must be sent by Oct. 12th. The ATC needs to be mailed back to your partner by Oct. 25th.

I know it really is fun too. I got my stuff from my partner for one swap totally cutesy stuff, like not my style but you know what? It did force me to think outside my normal box and I learned a lot from that experience and I was was quite proud of the ones I made. It fun to see what people craft with. Thanks for watching! :-)

yes, that's a great thing. :-) If I get my printer to life again, or find a Werewolve-image, I'll definitely join.

I love this type of swap - it really is creative as you never know what you'll receive and as you say - you may have to work with things you'd never use, but still you will create something unique and nice. :D

I don't know if I can make an ATC without my Distress Ink!!! But I'll try. :)

I know Lishmo I am in the same boat I love them too!

I am changing the send date to the 12th as I did not know that the 11th is Columbus day and no mail service will be running here in the US, so to accommodate that change I am giving you all a couple of extra days to send back making that date the 25th now instead of the 23rd. The swap has been edited to show this.
