Description:

This is for all the Halloween Fans in TSTH.

One partner, One Halloween Themed Item from the (hopefully not ) dusty thrift shop shelves .

Please read your partners profile to get ideas. Some people prefer a less macabre approach to the Holiday, some a bit more off edge. Perhaps a figurine, a DVD, a book, some material... I recently saw some small black lacy lampshades I thought would fit into this theme.

The usual rules..We shall not flake ....Positive ratings and no unexplained 1 or 3 or negatives. The disappointment can be too great when you put time and effort and $$ into a swap only to receive junk or nothing in return. Hostess reserves right to ban anyone "iffy" from this swap.

Swap will be regional. I would love to make it international but with postage rates it is a strain on the pocketbook for all.

Any questions please ask!

For myself I am not a fan of anything too scary. Love old rubber monster movies and Vincent Price. Friendly ghosts are nice. Those black lacy lampshades were way cool Moon themes are perfect too

I am obsessed with pumpkins and realistic looking tomb relics such as ankhs. I love every side of Halloween. (kid side, scary side, cutesy side, etc.) However, I would rather get something that is in great shape than even a pumpkin that looks like it started to rot! LOL I love Tim Burton and Vincent Price. I love short films, too.

I am an easy person to please, really.

Just in case, I am putting this on watch list until I find some decent stuff. ;)

Cool idea!

If I can be a little picky... I don't really care for Halloween "characters" like witches, ghosts, Frankenstein, etc., but love the general spooky feel of the season-- fog, tombstones, the moon, autumn leaves, ravens, pumpkins, anything along those lines. Another option would be Day of the Dead-style stuff-- silk marigolds, skulls, artificial food (corn, fruit, bread loves, etc.) or anything like that. Hope this helps!
