It Won the Pulitzer

The 2010 Pulitzer Prizes have just been announced. “Tinkers” by Paul Harding took the 2010 fiction prize. Last year’s winner was “Olive Kitteridge” by Elizabeth Strout. And the 2008 winner was “The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao” by Junot Diaz.

For this swap, choose one of those three Pulitzer-winning novels. Read the novel. Send your partners two things:

• a bookmark for their next reading experience

• letter that includes: a) Why you chose the title you did, b) A summary of the story, c) What you thought about the book

The swap fine print:
