Description:
I love things that sparkle - glitter, rhinestones, gems - and I love ATCs, so I think it's time to combine those two! Make two ATCs each for two partners (for a total of four ATCs), each with something sparkly on them. I did a similar swap in another group and I love to look at that page in my ATC album - all the sparkle looks fantastic!
