Neat Friendshipbooks

I have so many, I'm in!

this sounds like the perfect swap for me...i used to swap fb/slams for many many years and am looking to get back into it!!

If we have a store, can we put that in as part of the information or is that against the rules.

Hello Jerilynfoley! Do you mean that you'd like to add a tiny sticker or label which advertises about your store? If it is a small and neat sticker or label it is okay, as long as it is not on the front cover of the Friendshipbook. I think most of the swappers like the front cover to be decorated nicely and neutral way, but it shouldn't be a problem if there's a small neat advertising sticker somewhere inside the book. I have never done a friendship book before and I'm wondering what type of information to put in it and how the cover should be decorated. I would love to join, but I wouldn't want to disappoint anyone.

Hello Kaidoll! You can write your name and address, or your email address. Then you can write your age, if you want to. You can mention there if you'd like to get new penfriends and/or swappers, and if so, what kind of. You can tell something about yourself, for example your hobbies, about your family, about the things you like, your taste in music...

Some people use address labels or stickers, they are always neat. If you don't have any labels or stickers, it will be fine if your handwriting is as neat as possible and quite small too.

And last but not least, it looks nice if you put some sticker there too or something nice like that.

About decorating the cover, there are many ways. So many! :D For example you can put a nice sticker there. You can be very creative when creating the cover of a FB. It is important to write "Frindshipbook"/or "FB" on the cover of the booklet.

If you are making a FB for yourself, write "made for and by:" on the first page, before your own entry.

Some things more: About 4 or 8 is a good amount of pages in Friendshipbook. The neater and nicer way you do your entries and booklets, the more likely those Fb's are to travel fast and come back home to their owners.

I have several new fb made for me by others and want to get them out there. Is it ok to send books for youself made by others or do we have to make them ourself and send.
