ABC’s: Buddy Jam 2.2

Here’s how a Buddy JAM typically works:

Artist #1 - sends a pair of near identical background cards (called "starters") to another artist in the group. The backs of both cards are labeled with Artist #1's name and address. 2 focal points for the cards are included as well. NOTE: It is a good idea to include a return address label or S.A.S.E. with your starter sets so that your homer card can get back to you quicker!

Artist #2 - upon receiving the starters, completes the cards by adding 2-4 elements/techniques to each card, keeping within the theme (if/when relevant). Artist #2 also adds their information to the back of both cards, along with Artist #1’s info, to record who collaborated with you on the art cards. Then Artist #2 returns one complete card via snail mail (called a “homer” card) back to Artist #1. Due to the way swap-bot works, this return must take place on the honor system or via private swap set up between partners.
