CPG - List 5 Facepalm Things You've Done - US

This is a US Swap! Inspired by my egg mishap (see below:)

1 partner, 1 pc (naked postcard - written, stamped and not in an envelope). On the postcard list 5 of the stupidest, most airheaded, senior moment things you've done (recently or not) that made you facepalm!

Inspired by my egg mishap - went grocery shopping and I typically put all my groceries in the trunk but was worried about things rolling around and crushing my dozen eggs. So I put them in the back seat, nice and safe. Go home. Unload the car. FORGOT to retrieve the eggs....until 3 days later, when I had to send DH out for more eggs!

Sigh. Is it just me???

The postcard should be store bought only and of good quality. (No: zazzle, handmade, freebie, ad, coloring or cheapie sepia postcards).
