YTPC: Mixed Media Paper Tutorial INTL

For this swap we will be following Susanne Rose Art. You can follow the tutorial HERE

If you start with copypaper A4 size that’s fine!

You will send your partner 2 different creations measuring a minimum of 4x6 (postcard size).

Susanne then uses bits and bobs of scraps glueing these to the page and goes from there. You can gesso your page if you want more texture or want your medium to hold, but this is not mandatory. From there you can use any kind of medium you’d like. I often use stencils, textured paste, acrylic paints.. really, anything you want to try out and use is fine. These pages are fun to create and to use as a base for atc’s, handmade postcards or junk journals. Go try something new!!

You don’t have to follow Susanne exactly, feel free to create with your own style!

No washi tape or stickers are allowed.

To recap: Each piece you make should be no smaller than 4x6. It should cost just a stamp to send, no extra’s are needed. Add a little note to say hi and don’t forget to write your name and the name of this swap somewhere on or in your envelope. As soon as you sign up you can get started!
