Flip Flap Journal Pocket

Hello friends!

Leandrea Wallis came across this lovely project one of her guests had been working on and knew her friends would love to have something similar for their journals. She was anxious to try it, so thought she’d ask you all to join in creating one as well.

Here is the video Of course some modifications are fine, just be sure to keep the basic structure the same. Decorating is completely up to you as long as it works within our era. Be sure to add at least one inclusion into each pocket. And if you do use the ribbons, mailing with them untied will reduce that bump that tends to make it more expensive to mail. Remember to keep your envelope flat (less than 1/4 inch thick) and if you have anything lumpy, like a brad, it’ll need the non-machinable postage.

In addition to the pocket, please include a short letter from your character to your partner’s, tell them about an event that happened this past week or a meeting you had with a mutual friend.
