Description:

To join this swap you must also join the prerequisite swap as well. If you are not in both swaps by the deadline you will not be able to join.

In this swap you will use the 5 items you received from your partner in the previous swap to create a journal page/spread. You are not allowed to use any additional items but the 5 items that you recieved. You are however allower to alter the items and your page with supplies that you have. Scissors, adhesive, colours, pens, distress tools and the likes are all acceptable tools/techniques. Adding additional items are not.

You will be working in your personal junk journal. If you don't have one, it is also ok to work on a paper of your choice that could later be added into a junk journal.

The results of this swap will be emailed to your partners. In the email please include the following:

  • Before picture: A picture of the five items you received and your blank journal page/spread

  • In progress picture: A picture in the middle of your creative process showing anything you like of your progress

  • After picture: A picture of your finished page/spread.

You are allowed to send more pictures if you like. If you rather want to film your progress as a video, that is also allowed.

This is a type 3 swap since you need to be crafting something, even though you do not send anything in the mail.

This swap date is about 2,5 months after the send date of the previous swap, this is to enable resends if items are lost in the mail and some time to actually craft the page/swap. Please be kind and do not rate low if someone is late with this swap due to getting their items late.

Wauw.. what a challenge this is indeed!! Just to be on the safe side.. altering the item is allowed, with painting, glueing, cutting.. stamping?? is allowed.. But no such things as washi, lace, ribbons, stickers, charms etc., right? Was actually Just wondering is washi is an item, but then this whole text rolled out of my keyboard πŸ˜‚

Yes you have it correct! I would consider washi to be an item, so unless you recieved washi as one of your five items I would say not allowed. But it is a good question. Adhesives, like glue, is ok and there are som things you can do with tape that you cannot do with glue as well, like flipouts. So technically in that usage it would be allowed to use tape. So I guess I just made myself very confused πŸ˜‚ No as a decorative piece, yes as an adhiesive? Is that an ok answer?
