Description:

Reduce, reuse, recycle. We all know that we should, but how often do we challenge ourselves to create crafts that incorporate 'RECYCLING' AS DECORATION?! That's why this fun pocket happymail will have an eco twist 😊

.

Senders choice mail craft

One decorated happymail with mail art on envelope, and 20g+ of goodies.

The only requirements are that for the presentation craft (folder, pocket tag, mail folio, deco pouch, etc) you USE or take INSPIRATION from, at least 1 re-used items such as beautiful packaging, used postcards or notecards, or unfinished craft projects from your 'recycle pile'. You could even try to make your entire craft from re-used items and decorations!

FOR EXAMPLE: Using the wrapping paper from a swap you received recently, create a mail folder pocket and glue on a fussycut image from a fancy box of soap. Continue to decorate this 're-used beauty' as you normally would, perhaps basing the theme around the image from the soap packaging.

Feel free to make themed mail :) The theme can carry all the way through the happymail, or just limited to the prrsentation craft (not the goodies), or however you feel inspired.

Rules

  • no flakers
  • no damaged or junky items
  • including extras is welcome
  • no recent 1s or 3s
  • aim for one-stamp postage (flat envelope) and if you exceed that, do not rate down if your partner doesn't go 'overboard' just because you were extra generous
  • the craft component does not need to be something you spend all day or all week on, crafts should be well prepared and thoughtful, and designed to spark joy in your partner REGARDLESS of skill level
  • have fun and look after yourself, stay healthy and safe, and don't panic!
  • no ableism or discrimination or judgemental conduct allowed in any of my swaps.

The happymail should be prepared before partners are assigned, but you can wait to seal the mail if you want to write a personal letter or include a profile-based gift.
