LLU: Hobbit eMail! (Mar25 - Tolkien Reading Day)

@jessnewson98 had the excellent idea of taking the theme from my other (US) Hobbit Mail swap and creating a type-1 swap so that everyone can play! So here goes:

👣 You will have TWO (2) partners. Because given the choice, who doesn't want EXTRA HOBBIT MAIL?

👣 Send an email to your partners (remember to bcc!) that includes at least one picture related to hobbits or the Shire or Tolkien. It can be photo of something that reminds you of hobbits, or a picture/gif from one of the movies, it just needs to be related in some way. Side note: If you have any Tolkien fan-art, I think we would all LOVE to see it, provided that it is G- or PG-rated of course ;).

👣 In the email, you will also write a friendly little note about your appreciation for Tolkien. Below are some example prompts to help you out--however, feel free to ignore & come up with your own!

• Which LOTR character are you? (Look up one of the many online quizzes--Buzzfeed had one last year--and let us know your results)

• What would you do on your Tolkien-themed vacation?

• Tell us more about the picture you are sending (especially if you think it needs explaining!). Or tell us something else about your experiences reading Tolkien.

• What other book or series would you recommend to Tolkien fans?
