Number of people in swap:28
Location:International
Type:None
Last day to signup/drop:January 30, 2009
Date items must be sent by:February 16, 2009

Description:

Send two partners a thought-provoking postcard.... The postcard itself can be of any sort (commercially produced or hand-made--sender's choice), but on the back write something that will give your partners something to think about. For instance, it could be a quotation from philosophy, an open-ended question, an interesting fact, or bit of poetry to prompt reflection. These are just examples--anything that will get your partners thinking is fair game!

Other details: 1) Unrated swappers with an amply filled-out profile are welcome. 2) Rated swappers with a rating below 4.95 or a problematic swapping history will be dropped before partners are assigned. 3) If you're sending a hand-made postcard and it's delicate, it's okay for this swap to send it in an envelope. 4) This is an international swap.

I haven't been rated by either of my partners. I sent my cards within a couple of days of the assignments. How long should I wait before I try to confirm they received it? Or should I just assume they did if I don't get a message from them?

iris1971--I'm so sorry, but I didn't see your note until just now.... (I don't come back to the swap page very often once partners are assigned.) But I'm going to send everyone a follow-up note now, and I'll include a reminder about rating!
