Hi Swappers! For this swap we will be sending our partner two deco books which may be new or established. Any home destination is okay but only one last signer. (For last signers make sure your partner is okay with receiving it. Some are okay with USA last signers but not INTL due to shipping costs.) Please do check to make sure your partner hasn't already done a page in the book, passed on it, etc before sending.

I'm okay with a last signer, USA or INTL is fine.

So last pagers are only okay if we ask first? Or if they post in the comments that its okay?
