Your ATC and Mail art should have a hand-drawn or painted component. Of course, you may use a few embellishments if you'd like.

Mail Art should cover the face of the envelope, not just the edges or corners. Make a scene, a pattern or dog prints, or whatever, just make it real mail art.

A flat surprise is something comparable to a full sheet of awesome stickers, an envelope of die cuts or something just as or even more so generous. Do not send junk.
