VTHS: Distress Inks Technique ATC - Rev. Stencil

Another fun technique for us to try!

You will be creating one ATC for your partner, using Distress Inks and a reverse stencil technique to create your background. Where you take your creativity from there, is up to you!

Once your background is complete, add your special touches with inks, rubber stamping, collage, embellishments, ribbon, etc to finish your work of art.

You can apply this technique to plain paper or add it on top of a background. I created an APC with this technique and started with a distress inks background then added this technique on top in a bit darker color. Note that one of the techniques below specifies watercolor paper, but that is not necessary for wonderful results.

Standard ATC rules apply. Size must be 2-1/2 x 3-1/2 inches (or 64mm X 89mm). Be sure to use a strong and sturdy backing, not just paper or cardstock. On the back of your ATC, please include your name, date, and name of the swap.

Don't forget to include a little note with your swap-bot ID and the name of the swap.
