Going Green in 2009: Reusable Store-bought Bags

The start of a new year is always a time of reflection on the past year and thinking about improvements for the next year. So let's resolve to go a little "greener" in 2009 with some reusable grocery bags. As group members, we surely all love food, so let's do our part to be a little more eco-friendly when we're grocery shopping and minimize using plastic bags!

You will:

• Have 1 partner

• Mail 1 store-bought, reusable shopping bag

• Try to send one that is not widely available to your recipient (for example, most people in the US have access to Walmart, Target, etc., so let's try to send something different!)

• Send a little note with your package to make it a little more personal!

Let's start off 2009 with a fun swap and hopeful wish for a healthier planet.
