Description:

This swap will be newbie friendly, with at least 2 rated type 2 swaps, and a VERY WELL filled out profile.

And this will be a quick sign up, quick send. If you can't do a quick send, please don't sign up.

This swap is International. I will also host a USA only version in the Newbie Helper group, as well as an International swap in the Newbie Helper group as well.

You will send 6 washi tape samples to one partner. (No deco or duct tape please) Washi samples need to be at least 18 inches long, and you need to wrap the washi tape around a playing card (or similar item) that is either plastic coated or covered in clear packing tape so the tape will not stick. Washi (no deco or duct tape for this one) is sender's choice. You can get this ready when you sign up, if you wish.

On the OUTSIDE of the envelope you will write a note to the postal workers who sort and deliver our mail. (Such as "Thank you for delivering this mail safely") Be as artistic as you wish, or are able to, but at least write a 'thank you' on the back of the envelope. Without our postal workers, we wouldn't get wonderful mail! It's good to say thank you :)

Established swappers with 4.8 or above welcome. If you have a rating of 1 or 3 since December, you must PM me before you sign up. I won't automatically ban you, but I need you to PM me first. Newbies with at least 2 type 2 rated swaps are welcome. Trying to give newbies a chance to get some experience. Profiles MUST be well filled out. Several topics, likes, dislikes should be filled out.

Questions? Comments? Concerns? Please PM me! :)

I know I just joined, but I would love to do this swap. I have over 300 washi tape rolls and would love to share my pretty washi with others. Please consider me? You can kick my a$$ if I disappoint but I know I can rock this swap รฐลธโ€™โ€“ Please?

What a great idea to include the thank you. We wouldn't have happy mail without our postal/mail people. :)

@Sherryguns - I didn't see your message until just now. Sorry about that. I do host similar swaps in the Newbie Helpers group as well, with fewer restrictions. Please check out the group!

@ArtyBeth3 - I thought so too! :) One of our mail carriers is THE COOLEST, I swear. She totally geeks over my "very pretty mail" and will often bring the mail to the door (rather than leaving it curbside in the box) and ask if she can take a pic of the envelope for her Instagram account. haha :) So whenever I get mail with the "Thank you to my mailcarrier" she's over the moon. :)
