WIYM - National Homemade Cookie Day

National Homemade Cookies Day is celebrated on October 1. it’s a day dedicated to making your own cookies from scratch! Why bake your own cookies when you can go to the store and buy them for instant gratification? Because, nothing compares to homemade cookies, straight out of the oven. Whatever your favorite flavor is, this is the day to head to the kitchen and test out those baking skills!

And who does not like cookies?!?!?!?!

For this swap we will have one partner.

We will send that partner a cook book. It does not have to be brand new, BUT must be in good condition AND must have a section (or chapter) on cookies in it.

Then you must also include a printed cookie recipe, on a recipe card. Please don't just choose any old recipe. Choose one you know is good. It does not need to be your own. It can be your mother's, grandmother's, or one from a recipe book that you have tried and know is really good.

As a final touch add something related to cookies in the package. It could be a bag of cookies, cookie cutters, decorations for cookies, cupcake holders, etc.

So you will be sending 3 items

1. A cookbook - with a section of cookie recipes
2. A printed recipe on a recipe card
3. Something related to cookies

And of course a note or card saying what swap it is and who you are.
