Description:

Let's take a 9 pocket sheet & using any neon or bright colors such as pink, lime green, neon yellow, electric blue etc. backgrounds that you choose/have plus ONLY neon, silver, black, white or grey embellishments and CREATE.....the backside is up to you but it still must only be in bright colors. .

You can decorate both sides if you chose but if your sender only decorates the front you cannot rate them down ok? Patterned paper on the back side would be nice.

It is senders choice on what to fill the pockets with but please check profiles for allergies or strong dislikes. If someone hates tea, obviously don't send it. It is waste of time & energy on both ends.

Please include a short (or long if you wish) letter to your partner that includes this group name, this swap name, and your user I.D. if you want to be rated promptly. Even if you don't want to be long-term pen pals with them, please include a letter to say hello. Besides, it fills one of your 9 pockets and you are only left with 8 to finish filling. :-)

Some examples of pocket stuffers are:

Washi tape samples, teas/coffees, coins, used stamps, new stamps, post-it-notes, paper clips, buttons, ATC supplies, ephemera, die cuts, stamped images, fortune cookie fortunes, a magazine article, poems, etc. etc. Goodies can be any color.

Because the art is fairly new so are most of the artists doing it. Please be kind with your comments. We will have all levels of skills doing these.

Packaging these are very important & somewhat controversial already amongst pocket letter swappers. Ideally, they say to throw these in #10 business sized envelopes with one 49 cent stamp and mail. I doubt if mine would go for that. I like to make sure they are non-machinable. I do not mind the additional expense. I want to send something that my partner will enjoy not only what fits my budget. Some of them that I mailed cost me under 2.00 each in a large envelope in the USA but if you use first class package it includes tracking and they run about 2.74.

You want your swap to arrive intact so please mail them in any manner that will get them that way to your partner. You could use a bubble mailer. You can use a #10 business envelope but the strong, brown, craft type - not the kind that is security lined & you mail your bills in. Tape the heck out of it with pretty duct tape. The postal machines will eat these swaps alive. I always get mine hand-cancelled.

So, one partner, one 9-pocket sheet filled with goodies/letter & pockets decorated at minimum on the front.

If you have any questions list them below please...
