This is an ongoing swap in the UK and I have opened this up outside of my group so that others on swapbot could be apart of it. In this swap you will be required to either buy or create an A5 flat notebook that is lined, squared or plain papered. If you are creating your own then you can add whatever paper you like but please make sure that you have about 30 pages within it. I would suggest going to Home Bargains, Poundland or maybe even Wilkinsons for these as you can find these cheap. Please feel free to decorate the front if you don’t like the design or enhance it with embellishments. Exercise books are what I was thinking along the lines of but I know you can pick decorated or patterned covered ones.

So here is how it works:

Owner: Take your A5 exercise book / notebook and decorate the front if you like or leave it its up to you.

On the first page of your book please put the following information:

Your Name: Swapbot Name: Likes: Dislikes: If you like you can add 1 or 2 prompts for your future partners. [For example: Use only Pink for one page.] These prompt will be done on the senders choice pages which you will find out more about further down. Return Address: Email:

Partners: You will use 4 pages.

Requirements / Prompts: Page 1: Please add the following information however you like on the first free page. Name: Swapbot Name: 3 Likes: 3 Facts About You: How you found Swapbot:

Page 2: A short Diary Entry of your day. Decorate it as you like.

Page 3 & 4: This is Sender Choice. You can use the prompts from the owner if you like but it’s not required. Please have a look at there likes and dislikes on there profile and on the first page of the book so that you don’t upset your partner by putting something in there they don’t like. You can use whatever crafts and medium you like. Be Creative.

You will have 2 weeks to create and send on the Traveling Notebook. I am giving this length of time as I know a lot of people are busy and try to work there swaps around there jobs and family.

Rules: Please send using a Large Stamp.

If you have come to the end of the book when you have finished your pages then please contact the owner of the book and send it on to them when you have finished with it.

If you are entering this swap a few rounds in then please don’t worry you are more than welcome to join in ! The more the merrier, follow the instructions above. If you have any questions or queries then please feel free to message me or comment. I may have missed a few things out so if you spot anything then let me know so I can edit it. 4.98 is the required rating status for you to enter this swap as I don’t want any one to be flaked on as it’s not going to be easy at all to angel. Please only signup if you can commit to this swap as there will be a good few rounds to get your traveling journal filled by many.
