Homemade Card Made BY you for YOU

Do you like to have a homemade card to give to somebody for a special day? I do, too, but I sometimes feel guilty giving ones I've received on SB, and letting them think I made it. Or, having to tell them I didn't make it, when they know darn well I can and do.

Let's make a homemade card that we get to KEEP for the people we love! Once it's done, send your partner a picture of the card you made! You can email it or upload it to any of the photo sharing places on the web (Flickr, Facebook, etc). You'll be rated on doing that.

I wish I'd thought of this before - we could have made Valentine's cards! If there's enough interest in these types of swaps, maybe we'll be doing them in Dec/Jan.

Let's do a birthday card - there's a birthday for everyone at some point!

Use the card layout above to base your card on. This card will have 4 layers on it (not counting the embellishments - the flowers). You certainly don't have to put flowers on it, but do use something. And, it doesn't have to be square - the layout is just something to follow.

This is a type 3 because we'll be making a craft. We just get to keep it. No postage either :)

Plus, of course, you can start right away - you know what you like!
