Description:

mag·pie noun /ˈmagˌpī/  magpies, plural

A long-tailed crow with boldly marked (or green) plumage and a raucous voice

Used in similes or comparisons to refer to a person who collects things, esp. things of little use or value. The Magpie is a bird who goes around collecting things so for the purpose of this journal you are to have at least 30 entries of things you have collected. Examples are:

*RECIPES

*MENUS

*CARDS/POSTCARDS

*BITS OF RANDOM INFORMATION

*CLIPPINGS FROM MAGAZINES/NEWSPAPERS

*POEMS

*SONG LYRICS

*YOUR OWN PERSONAL THOUGHTS

You get the idea it can really be anything, but please do not make all 30 entries the same thing. You can use a journal or a composition notebook to put your entries in. If you use a composition notebook try to spruce up the cover a little. You will have one partner. You have several months to complete the journal. If you have any questions please ask. USA only to reduce postage cost.

Hope you all join in as this is such fun to do and remember you don't have to have a magpie on the things you put in the journal. What size journal Mona?

Ok. You said not all 30 of the same thing but can you but multiples of 1 category and if so what is the max? Like can I put 5 postcards towards my 30 entries?

you may put multiples of all items just not 30 of one thing .
