TUT - A Wintry Tangle

Are there certain tangles patterns that make you think of winter or any of the winter holidays? Maybe a pattern that reminds you of snowflakes or bare branches... or frost on windows or Christmas bells?

For this swap, let's make a tile that reminds you of winter in some way.

More Details

• One tile to one partner.

• Use a standard 3.5 x 3.5 inch tile (an official Zentangle tile or a tile made out of good sturdy paper like Bristol board or something similar).

• Feel free to add color to this tile. Traditional black & white is also okay.

• Please include a brief message, either on the back of the tile or in a separate note, about the wintry inspiration of your tangle. (This could be as simple as "This pattern always reminds me of holly/Aunt Marge's fruitcake/icicles.")

• Please do your best work, and reinforce the envelope in some way to help protect the tile on its trip.

P.S.: The tile above was drawn on July 3rd, but it reminds me of how the snow drifted up against the glass doors during the blizzard last year, and also of gift-wrapped boxes. (No resemblance to Aunt Marge's fruitcake, however...)
