Description:

It's almost here - fall with all the beautiful rich colors. Sadly, some of us are always stuck at a desk with our lunches and just the monitor picture for color. I thought we could dress up our desk with a fall theme to have our lunch or breaks with.

For this swap you will have one partner to send a fall themed (not halloween) package to dress up our eating area. Please make sure items sent are fall themed and not just orange etc. As always, if you have questions ask first.

Swap requirements: (1) placemat, (1) package of paper plates, (1) package of paper napkins, (1) mug filled with at least 3 hot beverage items (k-cups, hot cocoa, hot coffee mixes, tea bags etc.). Some of us don't have washing facilities at work like a real kitchen so please make it paper products. If you have allergies or don't have access to a K-cup machine please list that in the comment section below - otherwise it is senders choice.

It should be valued at no less than $10 minimum with no skimping. The one in the picture I just put together was $12 not including contents of mug. This is not a swap open to Dollar Store items - ugghh! Discount stores are everywhere with quality, discounted times Marshalls, Ross, Tuesday Morning, and even Big Lots has items that are far, far nicer.

Send on time. Sending late means you did not meet all the swap requirements and your partner is within rights to rate you a three. It is senders choice so that you can get started early.

Please keep in mind this is a pricey swap and will also cost a lot to send. I suggest strongly you use delivery confirmation on your package.

Every swap is an opportunity to make someone's day. To send anything less than your best attempt to make your partner smile is not swapping to your full potential nor treating your partner right.

Swapper requirements: I'm going to be tough on this one because of the cost. Experienced swappers that have participated in minimum of 50 swaps (at my discretion but not counting email swaps, stickers and PC swaps). Rated 4.95 or higher and ZERO no-sends. Keep in mind it bugs other swappers to have someone included in a swap that has 1's or 3's and they will email me with complaints.

Swap with confidence. I will make it right if it goes wrong.

Newbies can email me to set up a private swap between just us. Helps you get credible ratings - keeps the risk to others down to a minimum.

Please, if you don't really have the time, you don't have the funds needed to complete this, or you've already signed up for a bunch of swaps don't sign up. I always check just before assigning partners and ban anyone who has slipped in ratings, hasn't logged on recently, or is posting on their profile that they will late in sending for any reason. I reserve the right to exclude anyone if I believe they will create problems for other swappers.

Could we post if we do have kitchen facilities and would prefer a cloth napkin and real plate, if possible? Of course it would still be senders choice. I have this access and would prefer to be more environmentally friendly.

Yes, I think that's okay to state preference (good to be green) as long as you know your partner might have something in mind already.

Thanks @pearlie Anyone who gets me: if possible I prefer reusable items. I appreciate the consideration and promise I will be happy with whatever you send!

I love this idea @pearlie and can't wait to send a lovely package out!.

For the lovely swapper is who'll send to me, please note that I do not have a Keurig, but do have washing facilities at work. I love anything! This is my favorite time of year! :)

I too would like to go the green route if possible, but will take whatever comes my way. Please no coffee - never, ever drink it. I do have a Keurig machine and a high end hot tea maker.
