We can always use ATC background papers, and it is so nice to get papers that you don't have! For this swap you will have one partner, and will send them 12 ATC background papers (2 1/2" x 3 1/2") They may be slightly larger, but no larger than 4" x 4". No duplicates. They may be made out of any kind of paper. No 1 or 3 ratings in the past 12 months. No newbies, sorry.

I made mine approx. 3 x 4, gives you 1/4" extra trim around at 2.5 x 3.5 ATC:)

how interesting, the 1st thing i do is trim down so i know exactly where the atc is and i lay stuff over the edges and trim again as i go along. it never occured to me that people would rather work on them larger and trim at the end. must be i'm a little compulsive about size. no, i really didn't say that.
