Description:
You will have one partner - make them TWO ATCs featuring anything Doctor Who-related. Fun and easy, right? :) Standard ATC rules apply - 2.5x3.5", sturdy, properly cut edges, blah blah blah. Decent-quality print-outs are allowed, as are stickers - but go all-out in your work. No sticker/image-slapping - make ATCs that you are proud to sign your name to and would LOVE to receive. I will be checking profiles before partners are assigned, and reserve the right to ban at my discretion. (But we're all going to play nice, right? Fantastic!) Are digital ATCs allowed? I'd only do one of the two digitally- I jsut have some that I'd love the chance to share again!

Quality digital work (nicely done and nicely printed) are absolutely allowed. That's one skill I'm totally jealous of! :)
