USA ATC Makeup

With permission of @jj9jj I am taking over the makeup swaps for this series (just the makeups). I am enclosing her description of the swaps as follows:

We are doing a series of these swaps with all 50 United States. So if you decide to join all 50 swaps, you will have 50 new ATCs. We will be working in alphabetical order. Please make these fun, and do not choose to make a derogatory statement about the state.

I have decided to open this up internationally, as there may be American’s who are currently living in other countries, or people from other countries who will be interested!

You will have 1 partner and you will send them 1 ATC. Must be standard size ( 2.5" X 3.5" ) and sturdy. Include information on the back of the ATC, for example the name of the swap, your name, and a date. This ATC can be any media style as long as time was put into making it. Don't just slap on some stickers and call it done. Send an ATC you would like to receive.

Anyone may join this swap as long as you have no unexplained 1 or 3 ratings in ATC swaps the last 6 months. I will be checking. Recently I have had quite a few cases where I had to angel for flakers, and I really don't want to have to do that. If you flake on one state I will have to ban you from further states. Newbies welcome!

(I am also going to post a makeup where you will have 2 partners so those who are farther behind can catch up.) We have done Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and South Carolina . Please comment below which states you are missing so your partners can help fill up your collection. If you sign up for both the single and double partner swaps, you can split your list of missing states between both swaps.
