Comment: 31 Mar 2013-I am torn about this rating because it was mark sent and she has good ratings. I did not receive but it was marked as sent 5 Feb 2013. When I PMd on 19 Feb 2013 she replied to wait a while. This is mailing within the US. I have never had a small package take over 2 weeks. It might have got lost in the mail, that does happen. I would give the benefit of the doubt as there are several completed swaps.

Comment: You said you sent, yet I haven't received anything and you haven't been rated by your other partner either. You also marked sent way past the deadline. The swap organizer has already angeled this swap so I must rate you a one to be fair. I will change this rating if I ever receive anything...
