Comment: I think it's only fair that this rating reflects the full scope of what happened with this letter. So...on 3 Sep I messaged you to see if you had sent and simply forgotten to mark it. You messaged back to say you had sent a day prior to due and indeed had forgotten. Not a problem. Then a few days after that you stated it had been returned to you as non machinable and you were taking it to the PO the next day to have it weighed and sent. Still not a problem. A week and a half later I messaged to tell you it still hadn't arrived and asked when you had taken it to the PO. You came back with one line basically saying you would make sure I had something. I received something several days after I rated a 1 since by that point it was clear you weren't exactly being honest. What I received included a letter dated 2 Sep...the swap due date...and was not hand canceled nor was it posted from the PO as there was no Pitney Bowes postage, just regular stamps. You offered no photo evidence that the swap had been done prior to nearly the end of September and were non communicative after your initial message to let me know this had been returned to you. If this was, as you stated in your response below, a resend, then the letter should have reflected that. And now you're retalirating without even messaging your partner or giving her the chance to do a resend even though she clearly sent something as is evidenced in her Instagram. You at least had that chance. So yes, you got a 1 which was changed to a 3 after I received something and we'll after I'd given you the opportunity to make good. 23 Sep 16: Thank you for what I'm assuming is a resend. I'm sorry to do this but I still haven't received anything. I'll be happy to re-rate once something arrives.
