Response: I told you on the 4th it was going to be late. You ASSURED me my rating would not be affected. I've spoken to a few others in the group, this was definitely not the first time you have done this. They've even mentioned times where YOU sent things to them even later and they never bad rated you. Fact is, you lied. You told me via email it was no problem with sending it late...and my rating would NOT be tarnished. That is what is so disturbing to me at this point. You gave me your word in an email, then changed it when it came damaged, something I could not have controlled.
