Comment: I had to ask you for a really good reason that you had not posted your ATC to me 5 days after the final date of the swap, and even though you sent me an email saying you had been snowed in for several days, and in northern Alabama this year, I guess that is entirely possible... but even in our worst storms here, our post keeps moving, I cannot fathom that the USA postage system is that much worse than the Australian one. Your letter to me then says that you were short of $1.10 to post it, that's fine, but which was it? There was no mention of snow in the letter o.O Sorry, if you cant commit to your swaps, please drop out before the partners are assigned. Colleen

It wasn't much, but it was enough to keep me from going to the post office on time. We don't have the resources to make snow travel safe here. I was fully committed to the Swap, just weather and life got in the way. I apologize, but you did - eventually - receive your Swap. ♥ Holly
