Comment: Actually, I totally agree with redcrystal's comment below (as of Nov 18th) .. The item was marked as sent almost a week after the deadline, which in itself may have been excusable had I received any notification, but I didn't. After that, the item was not received for a month (and I understand, sometimes the post office has issues), however, again, no notification was received to say "Hey, just checking, have you received your package yet?" etc. So in the end, I'm going to have to say a 3 too.

Comment: Thanks for the ATC. It took ages to get here, and had no postmark, so I am not sure when it was sent or where it has been. Also I note the other recipient got hers really late, so I am guessing it wasn't sent on time. Thank you however for doing it and it is a really lovely ATC! .....I keep tossing up whether to give you a 3 or 5 as I feel it should be my duty to warn others of a potential problem, but then I think well it was a really lovely atc... so I have decided it is a 3 for now and in 2 or 3 months when I have come back and checked again I will change it to a 5 presuming that no one else has had an issue. I hope you understand.
